Carlos Alario PhD of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, visited the recording studio of MOOCs in the Pontificia Universidad Católica (PUC) de Chile, which is partially financed by the MOOC-Maker project.
The principal investigator of the MOOC-Maker project at PUC, and Director of the Engineering Education Unit, Mar Pérez-Sanagustín PhD showed Dr. Alario the main equipment of the study and the techniques by which was produced the MOOC “Analysis of factors that determine the success of an organization”, which began on August 28 in the Coursera platform and was created within the framework of the MOOC-Maker project.
In this course, students will learn to identify the main threats in the organizational environment. In particular, technological, economic, social and political changes that affect the business environment. Based on these changes, students will be able to analyze the firm’s strategic project and suggest strategic changes.
