On September 23, Universidad del Cauca partner of the MOOC-Maker project organized the free conference “The transformation of the university through the MOOCs in the XXI Century” held within the workshops framework of the MOOC-Maker project.
The conference had the valuable participation of experts Carlos Alario PhD (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) Eng. Miguel Morales (Universidad Galileo) and Gustavo Ramirez PhD (Universidad del Cauca) who spoke about the MOOC-Maker project, employability and MOOCs and the benefits MOOC provide for university professors.
During the conference, experts focused on the importance and relevance that MOOCs on strengthening skills to promote employment and how these can be used as support for higher education courses.
Chile will be the 3rd. country experts will visit in the coming months to continue with the promotion and dissemination of the MOOC-Maker project.
